Annalisa DiVito - Principal

 

Annalisa is a Human Resources consultant with over 16 years of extensive business experience. Prior to founding Avanti HR, she worked as a Facilitator and Human Resources Director for Dale Carnegie Training, the SAP Training Manager for Zurich Financial Services, a Human Resources Staffing Specialist at Motorola Cellular, an HR Generalist at Motorola Computer Group, a professional speaker and trainer for Making College Count, and a public speaking instructor at Michigan State University.

 

During her corporate career, Ms. DiVito assisted employers in making key business decisions and facilitated beneficial, cost-efficient workplace performance programs. She has been instrumental in developing large-scale employee relations initiatives in multiple functions, including: staffing, training, mediation, compensation, employee benefit plans, and organizational design programs. She managed a global SAP training roll-out, as well as developed award-winning internship programs that have allowed businesses to retain and mentor key employees.

 

Ms. DiVito specialized in leadership and high stakes presentation and communications skills training, as well as personal coaching for many clients, with excellent results. Her firm developed the innovative, time-spaced SpotOn Communication training programs. Her clients and students represent a variety of industries, such as Consulting, Education, Government, Health Care & Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Non-Profit, Real Estate, and Technology.

 

Ms. DiVito is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications, and she holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations. She is also a graduate of The Second City Conservatory, where she studied improvisational theater. She is a professional member of the Chicago Chapter of the American Association for Talent Development.
