How we handle tough questions is critical to our credibility and that of the organization we represent. This class is designed for groups or individuals that want to learn techniques to tackle difficult questions and how to handle being “put on the spot” when in front of the room. Listening, paraphrasing, and controlling the exchange are some of the topics covered in this class. Coaching, Q&A simulations, and videotaping are tools used to better prepare participants for “line of fire” questioning and real world situations so that answering tough questions goes from challenging to a natural response.
